This is a playful tiered ruffle mini skirt by Isaac Mizrahi from his Spring/Summer 1992 Collection. This show was filled with this style of short, full skirts, pairing them with puffy crinoline to increase their fullness! The black skirt has horizontal ribbing and a large tiered ruffle.

This show highlighted the chicness of Manhattan, with clear inspiration from 1950s silhouettes and heroine gunslingers of the American West. We have a studded leather corset, and corset style belts from this collection as well! As a fun juxtaposition, Mizrahi's famous Poppy Dress also walked this runway.
